Governors

The Governors of the school serve as Directors and Trustees of Newland House School Trust Limited, which is both a company limited by guarantee and also a registered charity.

Newland House School Trust Limited owns the school and there are no external shareholders or investors.

The Governors’ main objective is to maintain the stability and success of a co-educational family school by investing for the future and for the benefit of pupils.  The key element of the Trust’s present strategy revolves around the continuing review of the School’s facilities to ensure that they meet the needs of current and future pupils.
