Food and Nutrition
We place great emphasis on healthy eating and all our food is prepared and cooked freshly on site each day.
Lunch
All children have a delicious sit-down lunch which they eat in the dining room with their friends.
The carefully planned menus include a wide variety of ingredients, cuisines and culinary styles; children are encouraged to enjoy a balanced diet and to try a little of everything. There is usually an opportunity to have a second portion of the main course, followed by a choice of pudding or fresh fruit and fresh drinking water is always available on the table.
In Pre-Prep, children are helped to cut up anything difficult, but we encourage you to teach them to use a knife and fork independently before starting school.
We don’t offer an alternative to bring in a packed lunch.
Allergies & Dietary requirements
The kitchen is a nut free environment and the friendly catering team are experienced in handling all dietary needs and allergies. Menus are adjusted for children with specific dietary requirements and the catering team are happy to answer any questions you or your children might have.

Sample Lunch Menu
Snacks
Cut fresh fruit is provided for all children in the Nursery and Pre-Prep for their snack breaks.
Children in the Prep School may bring in their own morning-break snack. Healthy eating is encouraged, and snacks must be in line with the School’s Snack Policy.
Water
All children bring a water bottle to school and they are encouraged to drink water freely throughout the day as well as at set times such as at snack-time, fruit-time (Pre-Prep) and lunchtime.
